Here's a challenge
In becoming you there are small steps you can take to get there. Try little successes. Make a literal or mental list and work towards them. For example, challenge yourself to read a book a month, exercise for 30 minutes at least five days a week, desist from some bad habit such as nail biting, gossiping. For every day you succeed, congratulate yourself. If you fall, pick yourself up and go again! Becoming you is not a one time accomplishment but little things all put together to make you complete!
